SILVER ALERT: Heinrich "Henry" Klein, 81 - Menomonee Falls, WISCONSIN (Dementia - needs medication - driving a cream colored 2000 Subaru Legacy Outback with plate 638-WNZ)

A Silver Alert has been issued for an 81-year-old man — missing from Menomonee Falls.

Heinrich (Henry) Klein was last seen on Friday, August 8th at 9:00 a.m.

Klein is believed to be suffering from dementia — or some sort of other cognitive impairment.

Klein is 5'7″ tall, and weighs 120 pounds.

He has brown hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green and gray striped shirt with blue jeans and black slippers, according to the Silver Alert issued by officials.

We're told he left his residence on Water Street and went to the Speedway gas station and didn't return.

Klein drives a 2000 Subaru Legacy Outback, cream in color — with the license plate: 638-WNZ.

We're told that Klein requires medication.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Menomonee Falls police at (262) 532-8700.

Wisconsin's Silver Alert program launched one week ago — on August 1st.
