AT-RISK #MISSING: Stacy Welsh, 49 - Sacramento, CALIFORNIA (communicated she was "in fear for her safety")

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking for help finding an at-risk missing woman who was last heard from more than a month ago, officers said Friday.
Stacy Welsh, 49, was last seen by her mother on June 16 near K Street in Sacramento, but Welsh's mom last spoke with her daughter on July 4 by phone, deputies said.
According to investigators, the last time Welsh spoke with her mother, she said that she was "in fear for her safety" and has not been seen or heard from since.
It is unclear where Welsh is living, but has lived in the Orangevale area.
It is not normal behavior for Welsh to not communicate with her family.
Officers said Welsh is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has long, brown hair and brown eyes.
Welsh is considered at risk because of the facts surrounding her disappearance are inconsistent with her established patterns of behavior.
Anyone with information about Welsh or her whereabouts is asked to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department at 916-874-5115.
