The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man, Rufus David Lashley.
Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Rufus David Lashley, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Rufus David Lashley should call Sgt Tuttle at the Cabarrus County Sheriffs Department at 704-920-3000.
