Police are looking for the public's help locating a missing Brooklyn man.
Ruben Nunez, 69, was last seen Sunday at around 3:30 p.m.
Police say he is deaf and cannot speak.
They say he walks with a cane.
Ruben was last seen wearing a green t-shirt with horses on it, jeans, brown leather sandals and a khaki-colored fisherman's hat.
