The Muskogee Police Department issued a Silver Alert Friday for 62-year-old Muskogee woman who was last seen on June 4, 2014.
Police say Eileen Springer was last seen driving a gold-colored 2000 model Dodge Durango with Oklahoma license plate number 287AER.
Springer is described as a white female, 5'2" tall, 100 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
Police say Eileen Springer who has a terminal illness is in poor health and requires the use of an inhaler.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Muskogee Police Department dispatch at 918-577-6906 or your local law enforcement agency.
