A Silver Alert has been issued for an 83-year-old woman, Oklahoma City police reported.
Lucille Kilbourn, 83, was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Sunday at Mercy Hospital, 4300 W Memorial Rd. Kilbourn drives a 2003 blue and tan 2002 Ford F-150 with Oklahoma tag number 848FVT, police said.
Kilbourn's cellphone last pinged at S Creek 4560 and County Road 1240 in Koeta, 10 miles south of Robert S. Kerr Reservoir in eastern Oklahoma. She suffers from a medical disability and is in imminent danger of serious injury or death, police said.
Anyone with information about her is asked to call 911.
