Earthly Body Located: Timothy Dale Fenimore, 44 - Oregon

The Oregon State Medical Examiner's office identified the human remains found last Saturday in the Wolf Creek area as missing 44-year-old Timothy Dale Fenimore. The cause of death has not been confirmed.

Fenimore, who was living in Newberg, went missing under suspicious circumstances after he was last seen April 18th while visiting in the area. He reportedly left on foot and hasn't been seen or heard from again.

May 17th the Southern Command Dispatch Center was notified that a couple walking along Lower Grave Creek near the 8100 block of Lower Grave Creek Road found what appeared to be a body. A trooper responded and confirmed the report.

The remains are being transported to the State Medical Examiner's Office in Clackamas for further examination by a forensic anthropologist.
