A Silver Alert for a missing Hendersonville man has been canceled after he was found unharmed.
Henderson County sheriff's deputies had been searching for Keith Alexander Ray, 35, who has autism, since Sunday morning when he left his home on foot.
Ray was found unharmed shortly before 4 a.m. Monday near Sugarloaf Baptist Church off Ridge Road, sheriff's office chief deputy Frank Stout said. A caller observed him walking in the area and called Henderson County communications.
Ray was transported to Pardee Hospital for observation for possible exposure, then was released to his caregiver after evaluation by a physician, Stout said..
