#MISSING: Sherry Sampson, 48 - New Orleans, LOUISIANA (last seen in the Fontainebleau area)

Police are searching for a missing woman last seen in the Fontainebleau area Friday.

Sherry Sampson was last seen leaving a house on the 3300 block of Calhoun Street on March 7. She went shopping in her aunt's 2001 black Chevrolet Blazer and at about 10 p.m., called her family to tell them she was on her way home. Sampson never came home and the car has not been seen since.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sherry Sampson is asked to call 821-2222.
