URGENT MISSING WOMAN: Jacqueline McLain, 71 - Portland, OREGON (ALZHEIMER'S - unknown if she may have taken her beige 1997 Lexus ES300 but her car is missing or if she walked away)

An elderly Portland woman possibly with Alzheimer's has been reported missing.

Jacqueline McLain, 71, was not at her home in the 2400 block of Northwest Irving Street Thursday when officers arrived to check on her, police said.

McLain’s out-of-state adult children have not heard from her since Monday and say it's unusual for her to not keep in contact them on a daily basis.

McLain's beige 1997 Lexus ES300 is also missing, but it's not known if she left her home in the vehicle or walked away, police said.

McLain, who also goes by Evelyn, is described as 5-foot-2, 120 pounds, with curly, collar-length blonde hair and blue eyes. Clothing description was not released by police.

The car may have had a GPS attached to the front windshield. A license plate number was also not available.

Anyone with more information on McLain's whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or contact Detective Mike Weinstein at 503-823-0446 or mike.weinstein@portlandoregon.gov.
