ENDANGERED MISSING TEEN BOY: Gabriel Kearns, 17 - Portland, OREGON (MAY NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION)

Portland police are asking for help finding a missing and endangered 17-year-old boy.

Gabriel Kearns, 17, left his home in Portland's Irvington neighborhood at 10:45 a.m. Thursday without saying anything to his family. He does not attend school, but he is familiar with TriMet, according to police.

Due to some medical history, he is considered endangered.

Kearns is 5'6" tall and 120 pounds. He has short blonde hair and was last seen wearing a bright purple and green Nike running jacket, blue jeans and Nike shoes.

Police have released a photo of Kearns taken just two weeks ago.

If you see him, call 911. Anyone with other details is asked to call detectives at 503-823-1081.
