#MISSING: Margarita Gonzalez, 47 - Bluffton, SOUTH CAROLINA (Missing since early December - boyfriend is also missing and considered a person of interest)

It has been exactly two months since Margarita Gonzalez and her boyfriend Osman Escobedo disappeared from Gonzalez's Bluffton home.
Investigators say they still have no clues where they are, or what happened to them, this lack of news is especially difficult for Gonzalez's family. But, they say they still have hope their mother will be found alive soon.
"It's just hard," said Dayra Manrique, Gonzalez's daughter. "It's kind of like the things you see on TV where you're like, 'Oh, that wouldn't happen to me - that's crazy.'"
Manrique was emotional talking about her mother. The last time she saw her was at her son's birthday party.
"I gave her like 20 kisses, and she was like, 'Oh, you [are] crazy', and I was like, '[I] love you," she said. "I said, 'bye,' and I left."
Gonzalez and her boyfriend Osman Escobedo were reported missing a few hours later. Investigators said the two were seen arguing throughout the night.
"We haven't had contact with either one of them, which is obviously not an encouraging sign," said Beaufort County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Sgt. Robin McIntosh.
Escobedo is considered a person of interest in the case, according to the BCSO.
"We don't have any reason to believe that he was in any danger when the two of them disappeared," McIntosh said.
"I keep on thinking I'm in a bad dream, but we know nothing at all," Manrique said.
Investigators said that after finding Escobedo's car in Savannah and Gonzalez's phone near the Lemon Island Bridge, they have no other clues. It's a heartbreaking reality for Manrique.
"I love her," she said.
The investigation into Gonzalez's disappearance continues.

Anyone with information about the couple's whereabouts is asked to call Crimestoppers at 888.CRIME.SC.
