Located safe; Jessica Parnell 28 - Lapeer County, Michigan

Jessica Parnell, a 28-year-old woman from Lapeer County, has been found after she went missing Friday. She went to Genesee Valley Mall at around 5 p.m. Friday to meet with another girl to swap items and didn't return home.
