Missing: 76-year old Felix Ortega
EL PASO, TEXAS – The Crimes Against Persons Unit of the El Paso Police Department
has cancelled the Local Silver Alert that was issued for 76-year old Felix Ortega. Ortega
was located near the area of Cielo Vista Mall and was safe. Ortega was returned to the
2900 block of George Dieter, to the Day Care Center from where Ortega had been
missing
