PALMER — Missing teenager Devin Hebert was found shortly after authorities issued an urgent alert for the 19-year-old, who was last seen late Monday morning and required immediate "medical assistance," according to police.
"I am very happy to report that Devin has been located and that he is safe and sound," Palmer Police Chief Robert Frydryk said around 6:50 p.m. Monday, just a few hours after the missing-person alert was issued.
Frydryk had previously stated that it was "imperative that he be located as soon as possible," saying Hebert needed immediate medical attention. Police didn't elaborate on the teen's condition.
