AT-RISK #MISSING: Charles Cane, 21 - Nelsonville, OHIO (has an emotional disorder)

Local authorities are looking for Charles Cane, 21, of Nelsonville. Cane, formerly of Bellefontaine, has been missing since Saturday, September 20, 2014.
Cane was last seen in Athens and is considered "at risk," according to a release by the City of Nelsonville and Nelsonville Police.
It was reported that Cane left a residence in Athens and has not been seen since Saturday.
He is described as a black male who is 5-foot 10-inches tall weighing 168 pounds with black dreadlocks and wears glasses.
Cane was last seen wearing tan cargo pants and a green shirt.
Friends of Cane have said that he may have a mental illness and can be considered a danger to himself.
Cane is not a danger to the public and is not facing any criminal charges.
Anyone that has seen him or has any information should contact the Nelsonville Police Department at (740) 753-1736 or 911.
