Silver Alert cancelled located safe; Alexander Brainard 87 - North Kingstown, Rhode Island

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — Rhode Island State Police called off a Silver Alert Tuesday night after a missing North Kingstown man was located.

Alexander Brainard, 87, was found at about 8:45 p.m. after he wandered from his Fletcher Road home earlier in the afternoon.

Police have not yet released details about his condition or where he was found.
