Circumstances of Disappearance: Roy Cottrell's mother, Tinaka Ras, says she's positive her special needs son made it home after Bible study because she spoke to him by phone and found a note from her son and his cell phone when she returned home.
The letter read: "I love you, Mom. Thank you for all your help." She searched her home thinking her son was there, but he was nowhere to be found. Now, Ras wants the public's help in locating her son.
