CANCELED: Lucille Kilbourn was found alive and well.
OKLAHOMA CITY – Authorities are searching for a missing 83-year-old woman in Oklahoma City.
Officials said they have issued a Silver Alert for Lucille Kilbourn who was last seen at Mercy Hospital on west Memorial Rd. in OKC.
She was driving a 2002 blue and tan Ford F150 pickup truck.
Police do not have a description of what Kilbourn was wearing but say she is proven to have a medical or physical disability.
Authorities said she could be in danger.
If you see her, officials would like to speak to you.
