New Orleans police are looking for a New Orleans East man last seen visiting with his mother on Mother's Day.
According to police, 48-year-old Giovanni Felix Collins was last seen about 10 p.m. Sunday at his mother's home in the 7700 block of Berg Road.
Collins' mother told police that her son asked to borrow the car and hasn't been seen or heard from since. The mother told police it wasn't characteristic of her son to not stay in touch.
Collins was last seen driving a burgundy Jeep Liberty with an unknown license plate number. He was described as an African-American man with a medium complexion, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 205 pounds and was last seen wearing a long-sleeved button-up polo shirt and white pinstriped khakis.
