Located Safe: Aidan Norvez, 18 - New York

The Brooklyn Tech senior who went missing last Thursday, is back at his home in Queens, mother, Tara Norvez, told The Daily News.
"I burst into tears," said Norvez, recounting the moment she found her son Aidan in Philadelphia, where she had journeyed with a couple close friends.
She declined to say exactly where she found her son and would not make him available for comment, and police could not immediately confirm that Aidan had been found.
Norvez described a harrowing journey to the City of Brotherly Love, where she scoured the streets and pleaded with homeless people to help her.
She decided to go to Philly with two friends after the police alerted her that Aidan, 18, who is diabetic, could be there.
They found Aidan that evening, after canvassing the city, talking to people on the street, handing out flyers and checking hospitals.
She said they talked to dozens of homeless people, some of whom helped them distribute the flyers, and finally found someone who had seen her son.
Norvez said her son had his insulin with him and appeared to be in good health. He was stressed and troubled over a choice he was trying to make between attending college or going to seminary, Norvez told The News on Sunday.
He disappeared the afternoon after an Advanced Placement exam. He was last seen saying goodbye to a friend in the W. Fourth St. subway station.
Hundreds from Aidan's school and The Sacred Heart church in Glendale canvassed Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens on Monday to look for Aidan.
"People think of this generation as lazy and self-centered, stuck in their technology and without a heart," Norvez said. "But it really moved me how much everyone cared."
