Vermont State Police investigating death of female whose body was found near the hydroelectric power dam, said the body is that of missing woman Maryann Foster.
Foster, 59, of Proctor, was originally reported missing on Feb. 26.
Maintenance workers discovered the body on the banks of the Otter Creek Friday morning
Police say the body was taken to the Chief Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine the manner and cause of death.
