Police are asking for the public to help find a missing 71-year-old St. Paul man who disappeared around 2 a.m. Sunday.
Fred Horton, 71, was last seen in the area of University Avenue West and North Chatsworth Street in St. Paul, according to St. Paul police spokesman Howie Padilla. Squads have been out looking for him all morning, he said.
St. Paul police are concerned because he has possible medical issues.
"It's a good reminder for all of us to not only keep an eye out for Mr. Horton, but for each other," Padilla said. "This cold is nothing to mess with."
Overnight temperatures dipped to as low as 13 below, with wind chills at 34 below.
