URGENT #MISSING: Dionico Guevara, 64 - North Hollywood, CALIFORNIA (Diabetic - Dementia)

Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 64-year-old man who was last seen early Friday morning.

Dionico Guevara was last seen about 5 a.m. leaving his home in the 5000 block of Fair Avenue in North Hollywood, Los Angeles police said in a department statement.

Police said Guevara has dementia and is diabetic. His family is very concerned.

Guevara weighs about 130 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

The statement said he also went missing a month and a half ago and was found in Van Nuys.

Anyone with more information as to Guevara's whereabouts was asked to call the North Hollywood Station at (818) 623-4016.
