Garrett is 82-years old and was last seen at his residence located at 13136 Highway 25, Honea Path, SC (Princeton Community near the intersection of Hwy 25 and US 76) on Tuesday January 28th, 2014.
Garrett was last seen believed to be wearing a dark blue flannel shirt and a brown Carhartt jacket.
Billy Joe Garrett is approximately 5'10' 180 lbs with long gray hair and a long gray beard. Garrett is possibly suffering from Dementia.
