Russellville Police responded to a missing person call Sunday near the 100 block of Hughes Loop around 11:29 am.
Lattie D. McDonough is an 86-year-old white male who suffers from dementia. His son talked to him this morning on Lattie's land line around 10:00 am but he has not been heard from since. He was last known to be heading to church (Fellowship of Christians) but never arrived.
Lattie is 5' 9" and weighs approximately 168 lbs. He may be wearing a suit. He drives a silver Buck LeSabre 2003 model sedan. The license plate number on the sedan is 812 SKE. The vehicle is missing from his residence. His cell phone was located at his residence.
