#MISSING: Debra Fredricksen, 61 - Des Plaines, ILLINOIS (vehicle found abandoned in Evanston) #illinois

Des Plaines police are out in Evanston today searching for clues and witnesses near where a missing 61-year-old Des Plaines woman's vehicle was found Saturday evening.
Debra Fredricksen was last seen around noon at a Morton Grove McDonald's drive-through, 6309 Dempster St., on Friday, Feb. 21. Des Plaines police Cmdr. Randy Akin said they traced a receipt to the location and used security footage from the restaurant to identify Fredricksen. Her vehicle was later found unoccupied in Evanston in the evening on Saturday, Feb. 22.
Akin said there was nothing out of the ordinary about the vehicle when it was discovered. He declined to say where the car was found, only that it was in a public area.
She has no known medical condition, police said, and foul play is not suspected at this time.
Police began searching for Fredicksen after her husband reported her missing Saturday, Akin said. They did not know where she was headed at the time she disappeared.
Anyone with information about Fredricksen's whereabouts should contact Akin at 847-207-4576.
