Located Safe: Johnathan Ormsby, 15 - Washington

UPDATE: Des Moines police say Johnathan Ormsby has been located. He was not injured and has been returned to his family

DES MOINES, Wash. -- Police are asking for help from the public to track down a missing Des Moines boy who may be in danger.

Police say 15-year-old Johnathan Ormsby was at the Des Moines Marina just after noon on Friday when he ran away. He was last seen heading east on South 216th Street from Marine View Drive at 12:30 p.m.

Ormsby has the mental capacity of a much younger child and suffers from a number of health issues, according to police.

Ormsby stands 5'6" tall and weighs 104 pounds. He has blond hair, blue eyes and was wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and a black Seahawks shirt when he was last seen.

Anyone with information about the boy is asked to call 911 or the Des Moines Police Department at (206) 878-3301.
