Phoenix police say they have located a 29-year-old woman who went missing last month.
Esther Graham was last seen January 28 wearing a black shirt and pants and riding a blue Murray bicycle with fenders.
Phoenix police spokesman Steve Martos said Esther was found 3:30 p.m. Monday near 16th Street and University Drive.
Graham has been diagnosed with medical needs and was without her medication.
Martos said Esther was taken to a psychiatric care facility for evaluation.
