Missing 24-year-old Quinn Richard Smith has been located. Police are no longer listing him as a missing person.
Waco police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 24-year-old who was last known to be in the North Waco area in early December.
The parents of Quinn Richard Smith told police that he is supposed to be on medication and has mental health issues. Police were also told that it is abnormal for him to go this long without contacting family members.
Smith is described as 6'4", 160 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair.
Anyone with information about Smith's whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Mike Alston at 254-750-7613.
