ENDANGERED #MISSING: Monica R. Helberg, 16 - Royal City, WASHINGTON (Taken against her will by 22 yr old man and is in danger - traveling in a 2010 yellow Ford Focus with CA plate 7AME520 - may be heading to California)


Grant County Sheriff's office issued an amber alert Saturday around noon for a missing child, 16-year-old Monica R. Helberg.
Police say Helberg was last seen in Royal City and believed to be traveling with 22-year-old Miles L. Moncada in a 2010 yellow Ford Focus with the California license plate 7AME520.
Police believe Helberg was taken against her will and is in danger. Authorities said there was a restraining order out against the suspect. The victim was missing her asthma medication according to police.
The victim is described as white, 5'7" weighing 140lbs with brown hair. The suspect is described as 6'1" and 165lbs, hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes. 
The two could be travelling to California according to police.
