CRITICAL #MISSING: Steven Moran, 57 - Greene, NEW YORK (MEDICAL NEEDS)


New York State Police at Norwich are searching for a missing man who suffers from a medical issues.

Steven Moran, 57, of Greene, was reported missing to State Police on Dec. 11.

The family of Steven Moran spent much of the day on Saturday walking around looking for the missing man.

New York State Police said he was last seen leaving a neighbors home by State Route 220 on Wednesday, December 11.

New York State Police, New York State Forest Rangers, State Police Aviation and Dive Team, as well as volunteers, conducted several searches of the area surrounding Moran's home on Dec. 12 and 13.

They have reason to believe he was later seen north of Smithville Flats on Route 220.

The family is asking anyone who is familiar with the Smithville Flats area to join the search again Sunday.

They'll meet at 8 am at Seebers Tavern on Route 41.

The State Police are continuing the investigation and asks anyone with information to call State Police Norwich Station (607) 334- 3296
