A Memphis Police City Watch Alert was issued Monday evening for missing and endangered 40-year-old Derrick Irby, who was last seen Nov. 15 in the 2400 block Dexter.
Police said Irby is possibly heading to the Houston, Texas, area and may be a danger to himself. Irby is said to be driving a 2007 gray four-door Chevrolet Impala with Tennessee license plate number G3937R.
Irby is 40, 6-foot-4 in height, and weighs 290 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
If you see Irby or spot someone like him or a vehicle matching the same description you are urged to contact the Memphis Police Department at 901-545-2677.
