Red Oak Police Officers responded to a missing person call at 508 Bluebonnet on Sunday, Nov. 3. Upon arrival, officers met with the caller who stated that her husband, Robert R. Gibson, 74, had been gone from their home since Friday Nov. 1.
Gibson is listed as a black male, 5 foot, 7 inches, 168 pounds, balding with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, multi-colored turtle neck sweater, blue jeans, a black baseball cap and white tennis shoes.
The caller, identified as Eleanor Gibson said her husband suffers from dementia and high blood pressure. Robert left their residence Friday and was on his way to an unknown destination in Arlington.
Robert was last seen driving a white 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer bearing Texas license plate DH7-G899. Eleanor stated her husband did not take his cellphone or medications with him when he left home.
Robert has been listed as critical missing and DPS has issued a Silver Alert.
