Pima County Sheriff's Department deputies are asking the public for help in finding a missing 27-year-old woman who is autistic and functions at the level of a teen.
Tara King, of the 3200 block of West Lobo Road, went for a walk at 2:30 p.m. and had not returned last night, said Deputy Courtney Rodriguez, a sheriff's spokesman.
The neighborhood is near West Overton Road and North Camino de la Tierra.
King, who functions at the age of a 15-year-old, does not have access to a vehicle or cell phone, Rodriguez said.
She has brown hair, which was pulled back into a ponytail. She has blue eyes and is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds.
King was last seen wearing a pink tank top, red fleece jacket, dark colored jeans and a lavender colored backpack, Rodriguez said.
She is known to travel in the area of Overton and Thornydale roads, and also goes to the Foothills Mall, Rodriguez said.
Anyone with information about King is asked to call 911.
Respectfully,
