Phoenix Police are looking for 52-year-old Regina Lynn Bowling, who was last seen on Sunday in the area of Union Hills Drive and 47th Street.
Police say Bowling has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old and is believed to have gotten lost when she was taking her daily walk.
She is described as 4'11" tall, 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and is missing her teeth.
Bowling was last wearing a purple shirt with a superwoman logo or a pink shirt with an unknown pattern, blue jeans and gray tennis shoes. She was also carrying a small black purse.
