URGENT #MISSING: Vince Santiago, 79 - Chicago, ILLINOIS (has periods of memory loss)

Chicago police are searching for a 79-year-old man who has been missing since Wednesday.

Vince Santiago was last seen at about 6:30 a.m. in his assisted living residence in Hermosa, near the Humboldt Park, in the 1900 block of North Karlov.

He was last seen wearing light brown pants, a lightweight black jacket, a rosary around his neck and may have on two fedora hats, one with a Puerto Rican ribbon on it. He is 5’2” and weighs approximately 150 pounds and has a shaved head. He speaks both Spanish and English.

Police say he is not carrying any identification with him and has had periods of memory loss in the past.
