Police are searching for a missing man with dementia.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, police say 98-year-old Frank Winfrey, of the 7100 block of N 19th Street, left his residence to run errands and never returned home.
Winfrey was reportedly operating a 1995 burgundy Chevy Tahoe.
He is described as 6’1” and 200 lbs with a medium build, brown eyes, a medium complexion and very short gray hair. Winfrey was last seen wearing a tan corduroy jacket, blue pants, brown shoes and a tan cap.
