A search for a missing thirty-year-old man began at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Burnes Park in Hopkins.
Christopher Simondet went missing on Oct. 13 in St. Louis Park when he went for a walk with his brother's dog, a Renaissance bulldog named Diesel.
Family members say Christopher has a medical need and they believe he's been off his medication for at least one week.
Minneapolis police say Simondet and Diesel have been spotted several times in the past few days but their current whereabouts are unknown. Their last known location was near Blake Road and Excelsior Boulevard in Hopkins.
Simondet is 6'1" and 180 pounds with brown curly hair and brown eyes.
Police are asking anyone who has seen Christopher or Diesel to call 911.
