Naugatuck police are looking for a missing 44-year-old man who hasn't been heard from in six weeks.
Chad Cookson has been reported missing by his son who last spoke with him by telephone on August 22nd. The son told police Cookson had been caring for his sick mother who recently passed away.
The son also said that Cookson made comments about being depressed while his mother was sick, and now that she has passed, he's more concerned.
Cookson's cell phone appears to have been turned off. There also hasn't been any recent activity on his social media page.
Cookson drives a 2001, red, Pontiac Montana, with the CT license plate 705-FET.
Anyone with information regarding Cookson's whereabouts is asked to contact Naugatuck police at (203) 729-5221.
