Missing NE Portland woman found

(KOIN) – A woman who wandered away from a residential care facility in Northeast Portland Sunday night has been found.
At about 8:45 a.m. Tuesday, a driver spotted 48-year-old Suzanne Mudica was spotted by walking along the westbound shoulder of Highway 26 in the Vista Ridge Tunnel in Southwest Portland.
Portland police responded and were able to safely get her off the highway. Mudica has mental health issues and cannot safely care for herself.
On Sunday evening, Mudica escaped her care facility, located in the 5000 block of Northeast Killingsworth Street, by scaling a large fence that surrounds the property.
