Located Safely: Nicole Crowder, 17, Seminole County, FL

 

Nicole Crowder found safe in Seminole County, Fla.

 

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (KSDK) - A 17-year-old girl who disappeared over the weekend with an unknown couple has been found and is safe.

According to Volusia County Sheriff's Office spokesman Brandon Haught, Nicole Crowder was located in Seminole County, Florida Monday morning. No other details regarding her condition or how she was found have been released.

The Volusia County Beach Patrol said Crowder was last seen Saturday afternoon with an unknown man and an unknown womanon the beach near the Econo Lodge on South Atlantic Avenue.

Crowder's family said at the time that she did not have any friends there and that she takes several medications, which she did not have with her.

The man Crowder was last seen with is approximately 30-years-old and weighs 225 pounds with a medium build. A witness described him as having a "beer gut," a partial gold "grill" on his upper-teeth and is bald.

The woman Crowder was seen with has a dark complexion, is in her late teens, has a skinny build and has braided hair. The unknown woman was wearing a black cotton cover over her bathing suit with ruffles on top.

Authorities have not said if the couple was with Nicole Crowder when she was located.
