CRITICAL MISSING: Mikella Marshall, 16 - Chicago, ILLINOIS
Police are asking for the public's help locating a 16-year-old girl who has a cognitive delay disorder and went missing two days ago on the city's Far South Side.
Mikella Marshall was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Thursday walking northbound on South Halsted Street near 119th Street, police said.
Marshall, who police said has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old, was wearing a blue and black "Dereon" skirt with white and black leggings underneath. She had on a pink shirt and black sandals and was wearing her hair in a ponytail going to her back, police said.
Marshall was described as a black girl with a dark complexion with black hair and brown eyes. She 5 feet tall and weighs 125 pounds, police said.
