URGENT MISSING MAN: Billy James Clayton, 78 - San Diego, CALIFORNIA (DEMENTIA)

Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing elderly man with dementia who is considered at risk.

Billy James Clayton, 78, was last seen at about 9 a.m. Thursday at 1612 Watson Way in Vista, according to the San Diego County sheriff's officials.

Sheriff's officials said Clayton, who is on foot, gets confused easily.

Clayton is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a blue "puffy" jacket with a hood, blue jeans, white socks and brown sandals.


Anyone with information on Clayton's whereabouts is urged to contact the Vista Sheriff's Station at 760-940-4905.
