Circumstance: Tamara Rummel, "Tammy", was seen leaving her home in an unknown SUV. She was captured on surveillance video using an ATM with an unknown male. Tamara's cell phone activity ended hours after the ATM transaction, and she has not been seen or heard from since.
Tamara, a mother of four and doting grandmother of six, is a retired media director from a resource center for parents with special needs children. A responsible homeowner and frequently in touch with family and friends, her disappearance on May 20, 2016 and lack of communication since then is uncharacteristic and alarming.
