ENDANGERED #MISSING: Joseph Lee Massingale, 38 - Spartanburg County, SOUTH CAROLINA (needs medication)

A 38-year-old man has been missing for more than a week is endangered because of medication he needs to take, and the extreme cold, and deputies are asking for help to find him.
The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in trying to locate Joseph Lee Massingale, who lives on Phantom Drive in Lyman.  Massingale has a condition that he takes medication for, but he doesn't have his medication or his cell phone with him.
His family says Massingale has walked away from home before and likes to walk train tracks and sleep under bridges.
In the past, Massingale has been located in Williamston, Anderson, and Laurens, and in Polk County, North Carolina.
The extreme cold is making it urgent that Massingale be located.
Anyone with any information is asked to call 911 in their jurisdiction or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.  Tipsters can also text their information to Crime Stoppers by texting TIPSC with their information to 274637 (CRIMES). Even though this isn't a criminal offense, tipsters are still eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to Massingale's location.
