The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating 28-year-old James Spriggins, who was last seen by his mother on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at her home located in the 1400 block of France Street.
Around 5:00 p.m., Spriggins was last seen walking outside of his home feeling depressed. Spriggins has been diagnosed with a medical disorder and he might be in need of his medications.
Spriggins is described as a black male, approximately 5'9" tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts James Spriggins is asked to call the New Orleans Police Department at 504- 821-2222 or Fifth District Detective Kevin Williams at 504-658-6050.
