New Orleans Police are searching for a Marrero man who was last seen on Bourbon Street. Paul Ruiz, 32, was last seen by his friend, Wednesday around 6 p.m. in the 200 block of Bourbon Street, police say.
Ruiz's wife told police that this is uncharacteristic of her husband.
Ruiz is described as an African-American man, 5-foot-9 tall, weighing around 205 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark blue, light blue and white striped V-neck shirt, blue jeans and gray and blue Jordan tennis shoes.
