ENDANGERED #MISSING: Nicole J. Crowder, 19 - St. Louis, MISSOURI (diminished mental capacity)

An Endangered Person Advisory has been issued by the St Louis County Police.
Missing is Nicole J. Crowder a black, female, age 19. She had been dropped off at a friends home on January 22nd and arrangements had been made to pick her up later at a metro link station at 4300 N. Hanley Rd at 3:00 P.M. on January 25th.
When family arrived , she wasn't there.
Since then, her family received text messages, but those have stopped as well.
Police say the family is concerned due to Nicole's diminished mental capacity.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St. Louis County Police Department at 314-889-2341.
