Breaking right now, police need your help to find this woman.
She's 19-year-old Nikki Sherelle Barrow and Waverly police tell us she hasn't been seen by her family in about three weeks.
She was last seen at John Randolph Medical Center in Hopewell back on December first.
She's 5-4, 110 pounds and has a tattoo on the back of her right shoulder in cursive writing.
Police also say she usually wears scarves that cover her hair.
If seen please call 911.
